Where's the "REQUEST TOTAL"?

It's very useful app. But I couldn't find "request the total" buttons nor forms. When I ask sellers to send a invoice of combined shipping, I have to enter from web brouser.

This app is good for keeping watch on your buying and selling but often won't let you do many if the options as a seller except mark as shipped. It is a handy tool to monitor auctions but lacks (obviously) the functionality of the website on a real web-browser. Still it is a handy accompaniment for ebay buyers and sellers.
