FTPという発想が素晴らしい

Wi-Fi経由でMacにバックアップという仕組みのアプリはたくさんありますが、FTPサーバーにアップできるというのはこれくらいじゃないでしょうか。 Wi-Fi環境が近くにない場所でも3G回線を使って外部にデータを残せるというのは素晴らしいことです。他のデータストレージ系アプリも見習ってぜひ実装してほしい。 他のレビュアーさんが書かれていることについてですが、FTPのアドレスを書くところにスラッシュで区切ればパスを書くことが可能です。またレンタルサーバーなどを持ってない人でも、OS Xの機能を使ってMacを簡単にFTPサーバーにすることが出来るので、Wi-Fi経由のコピーと同じことが手軽に出来ます。

EccoNoteProを使われている方にとっては釈迦に説法かと思われますが、お聞き流し下さい。 まずシステム環境設定で共有を選びファイル共有をチェックします。共有したいファイル(僕の場合Public/EccoNoteとファイルを作っています)を選びEveryOneを読み／書きにしておきます。 オプションを押して「FTPを使用してファイルやフォルダを共有」をチェックして完了を押します。 FTPアクセス：入を確認すると「他のユザーはftp://10.0.1.1/(←他のIPが出てきますが、その場合はそれに会わせて他の設定も変えて下さい)でこのFTPサーバ−にアクセスしたり''UserName(僕の場合なら''geshtalt'')''のコンピューターをブラウズする事ができます。」と出てきます。 iPhoneでEditNote画面でConfigureを押し、Hostをftp://10.0.1.1/Publicこれでだめならftp:UserName@10.0.1.1/Public(僕の場合ならftp:geshtalt@10.0.1.1/Public/EccoNote)と指定します。あとはユーザーネームとpasswordを入力してsaveを押し、SendNoteを押すとファイルが送れると思います。画面がすぐに落ちる様に設定しているとファイルが遅れなかったりします。 友人が困っていたのはftp://10.0.1.1/Publicと指定しても送る事ができないと言っていたのでftp:UserName@10.0.1.1/Publicと指定する様に言ったら無事同期できたと言っていたので、もしかして同じ事で困っている人がいるかもとここに書いておきます〜。 これでMacもってる人は簡単に同期できますよ〜。Winも同様にできると思います。

録音からPC/Macに送るまでがとにかく簡単で、価格も安い。 無料配布されているEccoNote Liteとの違いは、音声データをメール経由、FTP経由で送れることです。Macユーザーであれば、共有＞ファイル共有＞オプションから、簡単にFTP共有を設定できます。 些細なことですが、「EcooNOte Pro」の名前をホームに表示しきれないのが難点。T. Ashleyでもそのことは認識しているそうですが。 英語でのやりとりになりますが、開発者への質問したところ、すぐに丁寧な返事がありました。とても誠意を感じました。 とりあえず試しに無料版のEccoNote Liteを使用してみて、気に入ればPro版を購入してみると良いかと思います。
