It works with bone conduction

Initially I tried Soundamp R with conventional earphones. No improvement in my hearing. Then took a chance and bought a bone-conduction headset. That works. About a 50% improvement. Because nothing is in my ear, it has the added advantage of allowing me to hear ambient sounds while listening to music.
