【iPhone神アプリ】iBird Plus Guide to Birdsの評価・評判、口コミ

IBIRD PLUS Guide to Birds—Here is the feature-rich birding app that started the revolution in smartphone field guides. Originally featured in Apple's 2009 TV commercial "We have an app for that", iBird showed bird lovers around the world that a smartphone could replace their heavy field guides. Today, the iBird brand is the best-known birding app, designed for experts and beginners alike. Now updated for iOS 7 and 8, iBird Plus is the perfect app to show off the features of Apple’s new iPhone 6 and 6 Plus. Check out just a few of iBird Plus's exciting new features:

■ The powerful iBird Plus search engine allows selecting characteristics of birds which then filters the species to show just the birds you've seen.
■ Search engine offers 18 individual attributes including location, shape, size, habitat, color, and much more. Note: only iBird Ultimate offers the patented Percevia search algorithm, see table below.
■ Day and Night Themes. Day theme is black text on a paper-white background. The dimmer Night theme keeps the iPhone from alerting every critter in the forest.
■ More sound recordings! Now almost all of our birds have audio songs and calls you can play at full volume, recorded by the best experts in the field. There are over 2,500 high-quality song and call recordings. Many species have 12 to 18 vocalizations!
■ Sound Player has been completely redesigned with features that can play all the vocalizations for a species and show the location the recording was made.
■ 50 new composite illustrations from our best artists. Our iBird products are the only birding apps with BOTH illustrations and photographs.
■ 37 Subspecies Range Maps show migrations and locations of numerous races throughout the year.
■ Favorites Sort and View Modes. Now your Favorites list screen has the entire set of Sort and View functions found on the Browse/Search screen.

iBird Plus is the original app that defined the market for smartphone-based field guides and was immortalized in Apple's "We have an app for that" television commercial. iBird Plus covers 940 birds of North America including the U.S., Canada, Baja, Hawaii as well as the oceans and coasts of the northern continent. Here are more features that have made this app the favorite among birders:

▶ SYNC – Automatically syncs Favorites, Notes and Photos to Dropbox.

▶ 18 SEARCH ATTRIBUTES – Search by color, shape, song, location, head and body patterns, flight style and much more plus a new way to search by prominent color. Plus there are tutorials on how to use the Search function and definitions of every attribute.

▶ 940 BIRDS of the U.S., Canada and Hawaii including the latest ABA splits.

▶ DETAILED FIELD MARK layers can be turned on or off.

▶ SLIDESHOW FEATURE for viewing lists of birds, listening and learning their songs.

▶ PHOTO CENTER lets you add your own photos to the species accounts and even play them in the slideshow
