Very handy little App especially for the newbie or traveller. Live the fact that you can slow down the speaker to get it right. Would be perfect if you could access it without having to be connected to the internet - sometimes some places you just can't get a signal...

the following needs correction 何ですか nan desu ka ("nani desu ka" is incorrect) 「何」 kanji has both NAN & NANI but "nani": 何に〜なんに〜ナンニ is used in a one word sentence situations "What!?!" なに (usually used to indicate irritation)

For new learner this apps is encouraging, make japanese feels like an easy language to learn. However, additional explanation on each reference word/phrases should be added. What meant is the proper use of certain word/phrase due to politness issues, japanese will prefer someone who speaks in polite and 'nice' instead of a flat word. attitude is important to have good relationship in this country.
